2021 Municipal Election Candidate Endorsements

The Medicine Hat and District Labour Council executive has voted on municipal endorsements and we are proud to share our support for a number of candidates for this year's upcoming municipal election.

We feel that these candidates represent values that align with the priorities of working people and we encourage our members and workers to take a look at these candidates and consider voting for them and volunteering on their campaigns.

*NOTE: We have recently updated our endorsement card

As part of the Canadian Labour Congress founded in 1956, Labour Councils across the country have been active for decades. Our Stronger Communities Together municipal program guides our activity throughout and in between municipal elections.

With this election taking place during a pandemic, it has made efforts to connect and engage in person more difficult. We welcome any candidates or members of the public to contact us at [email protected]
